Join IEEE and IEEE Magnetic Society to obtain reduced registration fees (click here for info)
Online participants can only present posters but can submit papers to IEEE Transactions on Magnetics and have the digests (2 pages) published as short papers with DOI.
NOTE: Each registration for online participation is allows the registered participant to present a maximum of 2 posters/digests. A new registration is requested by one of the co-authors to allow more presentations.
If approved by IEEE (not guaranteed), registered Intermag 2024 students will get free IEEE and Magnetics Society memberships for 2025.
How it works At registration, current student members should provide their names, email addresses, and IEEE member numbers. Student non-members should provide their names, email addresses, and IEEE account numbers, which they will have to create for free at https://www.ieee.org/profile/public/createwebaccount/showCreateAccount.html. To get a number, the applicant will need to provide residence and education information.
Members and non-members can verify their IEEE numbers by following the instructions at https://ieeetv.ieee.org/video/process-to-check-your-ieee-membership-number.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing at B-MRS (reg.intermag2024@sbpmat.org.br) Friday, April 5, 2024. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded their fees less a $100.00 cancellation fee (Fee is BRL 320.00 for for residents in Brazil). The refunds will be in USD, except for persons resident in Brazil. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitutions should be made in writing.
FOR ONSITE ATTENDEES: Substitutions received after Friday, April 5, will be handled onsite. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization in writing from the original registrant. There is no charge for substitutions. If you have registered as a virtual attendee and you want to change your registration to an onsite attendee, you will not be charged the $100.00 fee. If, however, you have registered as an onsite attendee and you want to change your registration to a virtual attendee prior to Monday, April, 15, you will be charged the $100 fee. Changes received on or after Monday, April 15, will not be accepted. For extenuating circumstances, please contact reg.intermag2024@sbpmat.org.br.
By registering, you agree to receive emails related to this Conference for a period up to three months after the Conference concludes. Your personal information is for Conference use only and will not be shared with anyone else. During the registration process, you will also have the option to join the mailing list for future Joint, MMM and Intermag Conferences and also for the IEEE Magnetics Society.
