There are many options of hotels and hostels in the whole city shore line, including the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood, where the convention center is located. Although well served by Metro, taxi and uber, the conference organizers do not recommend stay in other neighborhood during the days of the conference because the traffic jams that can produce long delays in rush hours.
